Shipping Instruction

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking ID when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Orders will be shipped via a professional courier / St courier / India Post service and are typically delivered within 2-7 working days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Missing Items / Product Never Arrived / Shipping Issues (Requires Unboxing Video):

  • In the rare event that you find an item missing from your order upon delivery, or your product does not arrive, our support team can help.
  • For claims of missing items or receiving an empty/incomplete package, a full, unedited, and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Unboxing Video Guidelines:
    • The video must start with the package in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
    • Clearly show the shipping label with legible details (your name, address, order ID, tracking number).
    • Record all sides of the package to show it is untampered.
    • The entire opening process, from breaking the seal to revealing the contents, must be recorded continuously without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
    • Clearly show all items received in the package, allowing us to verify what is missing.
    • Any claim of missing items without a valid and compliant unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • Please contact our support team with your order details and the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter any issues. Our team will investigate with our shipping partners and assist you accordingly.
